HANDMADE NATURE OF PRODUCTS
 

All items are handcrafted decorative pieces created using techniques inspired by Japanese decoden art.

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

• Each item is unique
   
• Minor imperfections, variations, or irregularities may be present
   
• Colors, textures, and placement may vary
   
• Most items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated
   
• Exact replicas cannot be guaranteed
   

These characteristics are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

DECORATIVE USE AND DURABILITY
 

Products are intended primarily for decorative and gentle use only.

They are not designed for rough handling, heavy daily use, or mechanical stress.

Over time, items may naturally:

• Wear down
   
• Loosen
   
• Crack
   
• Discolor
   
• Break
   
• Detach in parts
   

This is normal for handcrafted mixed-media items and is outside the seller’s control.

Gentle handling is strongly recommended to maximize longevity. No guarantee is made regarding lifespan or durability.

NOT EDIBLE — FOOD IMITATION WARNING
 

Many items resemble realistic sweets or food but are NOT edible.

Products may contain materials such as polymer clay, silicone, adhesives, paints, plastics, resins, sealants, and other craft materials.

The seller is not responsible for injury, illness, choking, poisoning, or damages resulting from ingestion or misuse.

NOT INTENDED FOR CHILDREN OR PETS
 

Products are not toys and are not intended for children or animals.

The seller assumes no responsibility for harm resulting from improper supervision or unintended use.

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REPLACEMENTS

Due to the handmade, fragile, and often one-of-a-kind nature of the products:

SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
 

Once an order has been shipped, risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

The seller is not responsible for:

• Carrier damage
   
• Postal delays
   
• Lost packages
   
• Theft after delivery
   
• Incorrect addresses provided by the buyer
   

Any shipping issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

SOURCED BASE ITEMS AND THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
 

Some products incorporate pre-manufactured base items or components obtained from third-party suppliers, including online marketplaces and wholesalers (for example: containers, pill boxes, cases, storage items, and accessories).

These components are legally purchased and then substantially transformed through original hand decoration and artistic modification.

DecoDazzle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the original manufacturers or sellers of these base items.

Any trademarks, brand identifiers, or logos present on underlying components remain the property of their respective owners.

To the best of our knowledge:

• Base items used are generic or unbranded consumer goods
   
• Items are not food products
   
• Items are not sold as original branded merchandise
   

Supplier availability may change at any time. As a result:

• Specific base items may vary
   
• Exact duplicates may not be possible
   
• Minor differences from product photos may occur
   

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PRODUCT USE
 

All decorative designs, arrangements, photographs, and finished products are original artistic works.

Products may not be copied, reproduced, mass-produced, or used for commercial resale without permission.

Purchase does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK
 

By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge that:

• Items are fragile decorative pieces
   
• Breakage may occur at any time
   
• Materials may degrade over time
   
• Improper use may result in damage or injury
   

Use of the product is entirely at the buyer’s own risk.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DecoDazzle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, misuse, or inability to use the products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Choking or ingestion incidents
   
• Allergic reactions
   
• Loss of use
   
• Dissatisfaction
   
• Financial loss
   

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the item.

INDEMNIFICATION
 

By purchasing from DecoDazzle, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DecoDazzle, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Your misuse of the product
   
• Failure to follow warnings or safety instructions
   
• Use of the product in a manner not intended
   
• Injury or damages caused after delivery
   
• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
   

DISPUTES AND LEGAL FEES
 

In the event of any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from the use or purchase of products from DecoDazzle:

• The parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally first
   
• Any legal action shall be brought in the jurisdiction where the seller operates
   
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, the prevailing party may recover reasonable legal fees and costs

NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
 

Products are sold “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or longevity.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
 

DecoDazzle reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
